稳压Stable Pressure
变频的螺杆空压机利用了变频器的无级调速点,通过控制器或变频器内部的PID调节器,能平缓启动;对用气量波动比较大的场合,快速调节响应。与工频运行的上下限开关控制相比,气压稳定性成指数级的提高。
The variable-frequency screw air compressor makes use of the stepless speed regulating point of the frequency converter, and can be started smoothly through the controller or the PlD regulator inside the freguency converter; In case of large fluctuation of gas consumption, guickly adjust the response. Compared with the upper and lower limit switch control of power frequency operation, the air pressure stability is improved exponentially.

稳定运行时运行频率小于工频,机械噪音下降,机械损减小;若风机也采用变频驱动,能显著降低空压机,工作时的噪音。

杜绝高压低用
Eliminate the use of high pressure for low pressure requirements
“高压低用”这种现象很浪费,就像“用不完”一样。普通螺杆机始终6-8bar频繁加卸载工作,实际也就只用了6bar,那么多出来的2bar频繁爬升会让机组多消耗14%(每爬升1公斤约多耗7%的电流)。按频繁爬升时间累计是70%,这样一台110KW的普通空压机会因70%的频繁加载多浪费60300元/年。同样如果是变频空压机它始终保持6bar不变的供气,那么也就不存在这2bar的爬升损耗了。
