工作原理
DPX旋片泵主要由泵体、转子、旋片端盖、排气阀等组成。泵体内有一圆柱形空腔，空腔上装着进气管道和排气阀门，空腔内有一偏心安装的圆柱形转子，转子的顶端保持与空腔壁相接触，转子上开有槽，槽内安放旋片，旋片间有一弹簧，当转子旋转时，借助于弹簧使旋片的顶端始终沿着空腔的内壁滑动，其间的油膜确保了吸气腔与排气腔之间的气密性。
How it works
DPX rotary vane pump is mainly composed of pump body, rotor, rotary vane end cover, exhaust valve, etc. There is a cylindrical cavity in the pump body, the cavity is equipped with an intake pipe and an exhaust valve, there is a cylindrical rotor that is eccentrically installed in the cavity, the top end of the rotor is kept in contact with the cavity wall, there is a groove on the rotor, a rotary vane is placed in the groove, there is a spring between the rotary vanes, when the rotor rotates, the top end of the rotary vane is always slid along the inner wall of the cavity with the help of a spring, and the oil film between them ensures the air tightness between the suction chamber and the exhaust cavity.
