单级旋片真空泵简介
单级旋片油封式真空泵，适用于低、中真空领域，主要用于抽除空气和其他干燥气体，是低、中真空的主要设备之一，可单独使用，也可成为其他真空泵的前级泵。真空泵具有运转性能可靠，易损件少、振动小、噪音低、效率高的特点。
单级旋片真空泵结构
空气由进气过滤器滤除尘埃之后，经由进气阀进入真空泵泵体与润滑油混合，与油混合的空气进行压缩后通过排气阀进入油分离器进行粗分离，再经过排气过滤器进行精分离，不含油的空气通过排气嘴排入大气。如空气中含有可凝气体，则打开气镇阀。
