单级旋片真空泵
空气由进气过滤器滤除尘埃之后，经由进气阀进入真空泵泵体与润滑油混合，与油混合的空气经过压缩后通过排气阀进入油分离器进行粗分离，再经排气过滤器的精分离，不含油的空气通过排气嘴排入大气。如空气中含有可凝气体，则打开气镇阀。
