德耐尔引进德国德马吉双五轴联动专用加工中心及配套软件，螺杆转子的加工精度更高，加工精度从0.05mm提高到0.01mm，达到国际先进水平。每对螺杆泵转子均作G1级动平衡试验，运行时泵的振动小。
